Phone number and Full name are required for confirmation and reminders. 2. Deposit & Payments Payments can be made on the day of the appointment, Deposit may be taken prior to booking depending on which service you choose. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24hr in advance. Cancellations made less than 24hr before the appointment may incure a fee / loss of deposit. No-shows will lose any desposits paid. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may need to shorten your session or reschedule. 5.
